Planning & Development Resources

The planning and development resource guide provides community leagues with the tools to effectively engage their members and communities on civic and planning issues that may affect their communities or Edmonton as a whole. 


These tools include the Community Consultation Guide plus the Edo Nyland Scholarship for free tuition for planning academy courses.


Resources will be uploaded to this page to provide you with the knowledge and tools to deal with a variety of civic topics or issues that you may be asked to respond to on behalf of your community. 


On May 8, 2018, the Capital Region Interfaith Housing Initiative hosted a forum titled Learning from Good Consultation.
