EFCL is helping Edmonton outdoor enthusiasts find where they can have winter fun
ONLINE WINTER EVENT & RINK MAP LAUNCHED
Fluctuating temperatures have presented a challenge for Community League volunteers and rink staff to get the ice ready for skating fun but some ice making masters have their community rinks ready and open for business. Almost as soon as the snow flies the public is trying to locate where they can shoot a few pucks or turn a few laps. Now they can find the nearest rink, the rink hours, and upcoming winter Community League events through the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues (EFCL) winter event & rink map tool.
This new online map on efcl.org gets updates daily as the reports from leagues trickle in with the skating times and event information available to the Community League card carrying members. If you haven’t purchased your membership yet contact your league – website and phone info also online!
