Good neighbors are present throughout the seasons and make a postive impact on us every day, whether it's at home, the corner store, the library, school, or work.  Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received.  Winners will be invited to join other great Edmontonians for a celebration in may, during Crime Prevention Week.  Hard copy nominations can be picked up at any City of Edmonton library.  Deadline is march 31, 2009
