On December 3^rd, 2010 the Oliver Community League passed the following resolution: 

“That the Oliver Community League recognizes the value of affordable, social and family-friendly housing and supports the development of such housing within the boundaries of our community.”

Oliver is a mature neighborhood located next to the downtown with excellent access to shopping, recreational facilities, health services and public transportation.

We encourage your organizations to consider the community of Oliver as a potential location for your next housing project, whether it be a new build or the purchase and renovation of an existing building.
