Dear community league members:
The Edmonton Examiner is working with the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues to build awareness of community leagues in this city.
An opportunity now exists for community leagues to let Edmontonians know about their accomplishments and activities through the Examiner’s new UR Edmonton website. Individuals can register on UR Edmonton, then start posting meeting schedules and sports registration dates, articles on community events, blogs on issues facing communities and photos of community leagues in action.
It’s a fantastic way to keep members motivated, keep residents aware of your league’s activities and keep supporters in the loop.
It’s also a great way to win up to $2,000 for your community league. In conjunction with the official launch of its redesigned website, the Examiner is holding a contest for cash. To enter, community leagues only have to register on UR Edmonton at the EdmontonExaminer.com site and start posting articles, blogs, calendar events and photos.
Take advantage of this new opportunity to let the greater Edmonton community know about your community league, its events and issues. At the same time, you’ll be in the running for up to $2,000 in cash. Contest details will be posted on the website once the site is officially launched on October 22nd.
Good luck!
