Community Leagues Open Their Doors To Newcomers

Interest Builds for Community League Day

Community leagues around the city are beginning to plan events for community league day, which has been set for September 18.  In its inaugural year, Community League Day is designed to bring people together in neighborhoods throughout the city, through activities planned by the city’s 152 community leagues.

Edo Nyland Planning Academy Scholarship Available to Community League Members

In memory of our past board member Edo Nyland, the EFCL Board has voted to approve $2000 worth of scholarships to pay half of the tuition for community league members to become certified through the Planning Academy workshops.
