Halls needed for Community League Rejuvenation meetings
By Valerie @ 2:05 PM :: 288 Views :: 0 Comments :: :: Community Programs & Activities, Workshops

This spring, let’s get excited about community leagues! In conjunction with our Next Generation initiative to bring more young people under 40 into community leagues, the EFCL will be hosting 6 regional matchmaking gatherings for non-league members with leagues  throughout the city. Leagues in these areas are invited to come and meet young people from your area who want to get engaged in their community. Would you be willing to comp your hall to the EFCL for a very good cause--  the rejuvenation of community leagues in Edmonton?

We require a hall big enough for 200+ people between 5PM and 10PM.

The Six areas we seek a hall:

West: Ward 1 & Ward 5

South: Ward 9 & Ward 10

South East: Ward 11 & Ward 12

Central: Ward 6 & Ward 8

North: Ward 2 & Ward 3

North East: Ward 7 & Ward 4

If you would be willing to let the EFCL use your hall on a Thursday evening in March-April-May, please email michael.janz@efcl.org. If you have any other questions, comments, or you would like more details on this project, please feel free to call 780-437-2913.
