By Valerie @ 1:56 PM :: 497 Views :: 0 Comments :: :: Community Programs & Activities, EFCL News, Front Page

Representatives of the Edmonton Arts Council and Edmonton Heritage Council teamed up with the EFCL on Monday night to officially launch the Living Local Arts and Heritage Program.   The project provides up to $20,000 to community leagues that want to engage local artists on a project of interest to their members.  Applications are to be sent to David Ridley (dridley@edmontonheritage.ca) at the Heritage Council by Nov. 18.  Approximately 35 people, including community league reps and local artists, turned up at Riverdale hall to hear more about the program and explore possible project ideas.

If you missed the session more information is available from David Ridley of the Heritage Council.
