Online Membership Sales Receipts to go Direct to the League

WANTED: Leagues Willing to Have Money Deposited Into their Bank

With the overall success of our online membership purchase that facilitated sport registration this year, we want to now reduce waiting time for leagues to receive their cash and reduce administrative costs in labour and charges to us.
EFCL would like 3 to 10 leagues to volunteer to pilot direct deposit. The league will be required to open their own paypal account which happens with three easy steps (some leagues have accounts already).   Membership sales receipts will then be deposited directly to their own account and simply transferred to the bank.   We hope to move all leagues toward this in the future. Your participation is much appreciated.

WILL THIS CHANGE DECREASE THE ONLINE COST TO OUR NEW COMMUNITY MEMBERS? HOW MUCH DOES EFCL KEEP AS SERVICE CHARGE COMPARATIVELY AND HOW MUCH GOES TO PAYPAL FOR ONLINE SALES FROM EFCL?

EFCL will drop all administrative charges and the league will determine how much they want to charge. As a not for profit your administration charge to paypal should be 1.75% - to be confirmed on opening an account. You will periodically deposit funds to your bank and may have a transaction charge at this time. Please contact the office at 437 2913 or email: communications@efcl.org with further questions.
