Community Leagues and the Heritage Festival: seems like a natural combination. For the first time the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues partnered with the Heritage Festival and hosted the “EFCL Rest Centre”- a pavilion that provided shelter from the elements and fun activities for children of all ages. From football and tattoos to crayons and trivia, everyone had a great time and learned more about the amazing network of neighbourhoods in our city. Now that online memberships are being sold, visitors could buy a membership on their blackberry or iPhone while talking to volunteers at the festival! Have you bought your community league membership yet?
