Recap of the "Next Gen Community Challenge"
For those of you who missed the event (Wednesday July 8th), don't worry as we will be posting all of the information online and emailing it out to our membership shortly.
For more information please email michael.janz@efcl.org
Orange Hall was packed! Over 50 interested young people came to meet with 30 seasoned community league executives in a session facilitated by the Edmonton Next Generation Special Projects Committee and the EFCL. Discussion was focused around helping leagues become more welcoming and more engaged with people under 40- a target demographic identified by leagues last year in the CLIPS survey.
The brainstorming is being documented and will be shared with league executives in time for their fall brainstorming efforts.
The EFCL owes a huge debt of gratitude to the EFCL Special Projects Committee for their leadership in organizing this activity.
