Blue Quill has established a number of fora to discuss issues of concern that have been brought up in our community.  Our league committee examined  the use of an on-street cycling corridor on a residential street and has come to the conclusion that the lanes do not contribute meaningfully to the cycling experience and on the other hand represent significant hazard for other road users, most especially pedestrians.  A green-paper slide presentation has been prepared and may be viewed/downloaded at
