BROWSER COMPATIBILITY ISSUE:  With recent updates to IE Explorer 8,9, and Windows7 - compatibility issues have arisen and our tech support is working on bug fixers.  Functionality on our site works with Windows 7 and IE8 or 9 (in compatibility mode).  IE7 does not work with Windows 7 but does with XP or Vista.  Firefox remains functional, however some sites (not just ours and random circumstances) have complained about upgrades breaking their sites.  Thanks for your patience on this.  Please report any issues you come across to communications@efcl.org
